SUPERPREM INDUSTIRES LTD orders will be processed the next business day following your confirmed order. SUPERPREM INDUSTIRES LTD only ships within Canada.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs vary due to the size and weight of the product. Rates will also vary based on the delivery location. When you checkout after you have entered in your delivery location, a shipping rate will be calculated. Certain items can only be available for pickup at one of our distribution centres.
FREE SHIPPING
FREE shipping is available for order over $250. Your full contact and delivery information is needed. And a signature may be required for delivery.
- Free Shipping does not apply to orders shipped to Northwest Territories and Nunavut.
- Free Shipping does not apply for some products such as large machines.
- Free Shipping only applies to qualified orders.

RETURN POLICY
SUPERPREM INDUSTIRES LTD will replace a brand new unopened unused product with another product of equal or lesser value, or refund the credit card used for its purchase within 30 days.
Any items over 30 days cannot be returned for refund. For return items for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The refund will be minus the original shipping charges. If you would like an exchange, you are responsible for the additional shipping charges for that exchanged product.
DAMAGED ITEMS/ WRONG PRODUCT
Please inspect your order for any damages when it arrives. If there is any damage or if you have received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at 604-247-0887 or info@superprem.com
If order is returned due to wrong address provided or unclaimed package, you are responsible for the re-shipping fees. If you decide to cancel your order, your account will be charged the original shipping charges and the free shipping offer will not apply. Return shipping fees are not refundable. This includes damaged items and wrong product.
